Ensuring that high school students get the education they need is challenging. Some educators are recognizing that regular classes at school may not be enough to prepare students for careers and for life. Because of this, they recommend that all high school students be required to spend a specific number of hours learning useful skills outside school. Others think that this requirement is not appropriate for all students. Which view do you agree with? Why?
Your university currently requires all students to take one math course and one science course in order to graduate. However, some students majoring in subjects such as art and music think that these courses are not relevant to their field of study, and they should therefore not be required to take them. Do you agree with these students? Explain why or why not.
AGREE
I do believe that all university students should take math and other science related courses no matter what they major in, because knowledge of such subjects is essential not only at work but also in life.
Math makes people think logically and calculate carefully, and science teaches them how everything works and thus they know how to make good use of technology and avoid possible risks in life.
Even if some students may never manage to be good at math or science, taking these classes still benefits them by providing them with opportunities to make friends with people who are good at these subjects so that they can have someone to turn to for help when they meet difficulties.
DISAGREE
I don’t think all students should be required to study math or science, because some of them major in fields that have nothing to do with them.
Taking courses that are unnecessary could be a waste of time and money, and once their time gets occupied, then they will have much less time to spend on activities that they find interesting.
Plus, students who major in art and music usually have no interest in math and science, so requiring them to take such courses is going to bring them very bad moods, which can have a negative effect on everything.

Task 2
Task 3
Task 4
The benefits of a short gestation period(縮短妊娠期):1.
